Grade XK30 (high cobalt, ensuring strength and impact resistance), is our best-recommended grade for frozen wood in the Russian market.
Grade XK15, and XF5A, there two grade have good performance in cutting wood with nails;

Regarding the TCT saw for sawing artificial board, our grade SM07 is recommended for plywood. If your precise panel sizing saw blades are used for cutting laminated chipboard, MDF, and HDF board, SM01, and SM02 are recommended (ultra-fine grain size of 0.4-0.6um, HIP sintering and special coating on the surface, which ensures the finished saw tips with high hardness(more than 94HRA, excellent service life without broken tips)

JX style, designed for cutting wood and aluminum, is very friendly to manual welding with a high-frequency welding machine.
JE style has 2 angles of 4 degrees on both two sides, an improved design of JX style saw tooth. It is different from the JX style design. The 2 angles design can reduce the grinding works for the manufacturer of the saw blade, at the same time, the number of pieces per 1kg is more than that of the JX style of the same size, which saves costs. However, it is recommended to automatic welding machine, and manual welding is also okay.
