General Description

Tungsten carbide rods are cylindrical alloy materials made by powder metallurgy process. According to the requirements of tool usage, there are solid round rods for external cooling tools, as well as single and double straight holes, spiral holes, etc. 

Widely used as cutting tool materials, such as milling cutters, drills, reamers, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fibers, graphite, glass, stone, and ordinary steel. It can also be used to cut difficult to machine materials such as  stainless steel, heat-resistant steel,high manganese steel, tool steel, etc.

Tungsten carbide rods are using for making end-mills,drill bits,reamers,automobile special cutters, printed circuit board special cutters, engine special cutters, Horologe  processing special cutters, integral vertical milling cutter, graver and etc.
