To ensure the high hardness of tungsten carbide products and prevent tooth chipping and chipping, the dewaxed and sintered alloy needs to be pressure-sintered for a second time. In this way, the strength of the alloy can be increased by more than 30%. High hardness ensures high strength properties. Usually, these two sintering procedures take about 7 days, but this new equipment put into use today, can optimize the two processes that were originally operated sequentially, namely dewaxing and sintering and pressure sintering, to be carried out simultaneously. This not only ensures the quality of the carbide but also greatly shortens the production cycle. After the new equipment is put into use, the entire process time can be advanced by at least 5 days.
