Successful Launch of 2 Sets New Press Machines Meets March Market Demand
In response to the peak demand season in March and to expand our product line, XINPIN CARBIDE has successfully commissioned 2 sets of 18-ton hard alloy powder compaction machines, which have undergone successful trial runs.
1. Enhanced Quality Assurance: Traditional powder compaction machines, with pressures typically at 8t or 6t, result in a tolerance of around 0.12mm in the produced items. However, the latest 18t press allows for a much tighter tolerance of approximately 0.03mm for carbide saw tips. This improvement translates to many more pieces per kilogram for products of the same size, ultimately reducing purchasing costs for customers. Additionally, the internal density of the alloy is improved, leading to an extended lifespan during saw blade cutting.
2. Significant Increase in Production Output: Traditional 8t presses, constrained by pressure limitations, particularly when dealing with small-sized hard alloy saw teeth, restrict the number of products per press to 4-6 pieces. With the introduction of the new press, a single compaction can now yield 24-30 pieces, achieving 4-6 times the previous efficiency. As a result, daily compaction capacity is expected to increase significantly.
ZhuZhou XINPIN CARBIDE factory has been on the path of carbide saw teeth manufacturing for a decade, consistently prioritizing stable quality and pursuing a high-end quality route for tungsten carbide. The company's engineers, with over 20 years of experience in the field of tungsten carbide, have been vigilant in keeping up with market demands and advancements in alloy production equipment. The commitment remains to provide the market with carbide saw tips, hard alloy blanks, carbide band saw teeth, and other products that boast stable quality and higher cost-effectiveness.
